About Kyle J. LeVell
Kyle J LeVell: A Champion For Change

I am a husband, father, professional planner, and active community leader running for Kyle City Council, District 1 (At Large) because I care deeply about the future of our city.
For years, I have worked alongside elected officials, local business owners, and residents, not just listening to concerns but focusing on how to turn those concerns into real solutions. My background in planning and problem solving has taught me that progress starts with understanding people, managing growth responsibly, and making decisions rooted in transparency and common sense.
I am a neighbor, a dad, and a proud resident of Kyle, Texas, who believes in safe neighborhoods, affordable water rates, better roads, lower property taxes, strong schools, and managed growth that protects our community’s character.
My goal is simple: to bring practical, data driven, and community focused leadership to City Council. We want leadership that listens first and acts for the people of Kyle.
Experience That Prepares Me to Lead
I have had the honor of serving as President of my Homeowners Association, where I led community enhancement projects and service initiatives that strengthened neighborhood engagement and improved overall quality of life. That experience taught me how to balance budgets, collaborate with residents, and deliver results through teamwork and accountability.
Professionally, I am a predictive planning and analytics specialist with a focus on machine learning and data driven forecasting. My work has optimized operations, reduced waste, and saved companies millions of dollars by turning complex data into clear, actionable solutions. I am passionate about applying these same skills to city planning, ensuring every tax dollar in Kyle is used efficiently and transparently.
I hold a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia, providing a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic planning, and responsible fiscal management. These experiences have shaped me into a leader who listens, plans carefully, and takes action guided by facts and community needs.
